Job offer – Partnership and Training Officer

I2EN is looking for a passionate professional to develop and promote training programs and support the nuclear industry, both in France and internationally. The position reports to the Head of Academic Partnerships. This profile is aimed at a motivated person with a first significant experience, focused on operations and direct support to management. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of French excellence in nuclear training and to work in contact with leading academic and industrial players, in France and internationally.

Main tasks

Support for training certification

  • Support the operational follow-up of labeling procedures, including the collection and updating of information, the preparation of dossiers and the follow-up of experts’ recommendations.
  • Update the course descriptions for accredited training courses, accessible via the I2EN website, in conjunction with course managers.
  • Support I2EN management in coordinating the network of academic partners
  • Promote the Label in France and abroad

Setting up and managing student projects

  • Set up and run an internship platform for students (especially international ones) and facilitate opportunities
  • Contribute to the organization and success of I2EN events (seminars, conferences).

Communication and visibility :

  • Participate in the creation of content for external communication (website, social networks, newsletters).
  • Represent the I2EN at national and international meetings and conferences
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects.

Profile required

Training and experience

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or engineering diploma in a relevant field (nuclear energy, international relations, training).
  • 2 to 5 years’ professional experience in the French nuclear industry
  • First experience in the French nuclear industry would be a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Technical and cross-disciplinary skills

  • Project management experience in an academic or R&D environment
  • Knowledge of the international nuclear industry
  • Willingness to learn quickly about other aspects of the nuclear sector
  • Strong organizational skills and rigor to ensure follow-up of labeling and internship files
  • Good communication skills to liaise with training managers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also to take the initiative in managing operational missions.
