Have you recently completed an M.S. or an engineering degree in the field of nuclear energy, and would you like to apply your analytical skills to real-world nuclear projects in a truly international environment? Join I2EN to become one of the operational leads for its skills planning model and contribute to missions carried out in countries that are developing their nuclear energy programs.
Your Role
Your priority will be to familiarize yourself with the I2EN Workforce Navigator, understand its logic and data, and then contribute to its development and implementation in real-world projects. You will gradually gain autonomy in using the model, while receiving support from the Project Director and the team. The position is not limited to analysis: you will be involved in projects and contracts with international clients and partners, participate in business trips abroad, and contribute to the Institute’s other activities—events, master classes, workshops, meetings with delegations, and initiatives to promote French expertise.
In practice: a position where you can learn quickly, take on real responsibilities, and grow at the intersection of modeling, consulting, training, and international cooperation.
