Main tasks
Network development and management
- Develop and lead the network of academic partners, including engineering schools, universities, Campus France, France Université, and other relevant institutions;
- Ensure constructive cooperation with the UMN (Université des Métiers du Nucléaire) and develop effective synergies.
Promoting the I2EN Seal
- Organize and supervise the annual I2EN Prize;
- Coordinate with the I2EN Expert Committee to enhance and optimize the labeling process:
- Promote and develop the I2EN label among educational institutions;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the certification process;
- Regularly update descriptions of accredited training courses, in close collaboration with training managers.
Strategic intelligence and analysis
- Set up and maintain a strategic watch on :
- Nuclear education and training structures in Europe and within the European Commission ;
- Financing and subsidies for training courses in Europe and other I2EN partner countries.
Secondary missions
- Assist the I2EN Project Director in the development of customized training courses, in particular the I2EN Master Classes;
- Contribute to the organization and success of I2EN events, such as seminars and conferences;
- Help create content for I2EN’s external communications (website, social networks, newsletters);
- Occasionally represent the I2EN at national and international meetings and conferences.
Profile required
Training and experience
- Doctorate, or at least a Master’s degree or engineering diploma in a relevant field (education, nuclear energy, international relations);
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in the nuclear sector and in managing international educational or academic projects;
- Fluency in written and spoken English essential
Technical and cross-disciplinary skills
- Good knowledge of the French and international nuclear industry;
- Understanding the challenges of training and skills development in the nuclear sector.
- Proven networking and partnership development skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Complex data analysis and synthesis skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.

Working conditions
- Gross annual salary: between €45,000 and €55,000 depending on experience;
- Working hours: generally between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday;
- Benefits: company health insurance, contribution to daily transport, contribution to lunches, flexibility for teleworking.
