Operations management in nuclear environment, general engineering (RAEN)
The professional certification in “Operations management in nuclear environment, general engineering”, equivalent to a vocational Bachelor’s degree, is designed for current or future site or project managers, holders of an advanced technician degree or an Associate’s degree. This 12-month apprenticeship program allows students to design, organize, and manage construction activities (maintenance, logistics, construction, dismantling) in nuclear facilities, thanks to thorough understanding of risks and deadlines.
An “operations supervisor in nuclear environments” plays a key representative role, reporting the evolution of the construction to the client. He is responsible for quality, safety, and for compliance with environmental requirements during all steps of operations. He also deals with budget.
Potential employers: all companies of the nuclear field (maintenance, construction, logistics, dismantling).
